Antony Jon Randall is a founder, builder and cultural operator with over three decades of experience connecting business, culture and environmental impact.

He is the founder of H3+ Ventures, a venture studio spun out of Planet Home, that connects Culture and Tough Tech under the same roof. H3+ connects the world’s largest cultural platforms with breakthrough technologies in science, engineering and environmental innovation to solve the world’s greatest challenges.

Antony is also the founder of Planet Home, an organization built at the intersection of sustainability and consumer experience.

His career spans entertainment, environment and enterprise. He has worked with some of the world’s most recognized cultural forces, including the Black Eyed Peas, Jay-Z and Rihanna, bringing commercial strategy, brand partnerships and business development to global scale. He has led and supported ventures from early stage through to multimillion-dollar projects across multiple sectors and continents.
